With Reviewnizer, you can easily send automated review requests via SMS to your customers. You have two ways to add your customers:
Add an Excel sheet that includes a list of your customers’ name and cell phone number and our system will handle the rest. It will automatically sends them a greeting messages and review request messages.
Add your customers manually by entering their first name, last name, phone number, birthday, and email address. You can choose if you want a greeting messages to be send or not. You can also manually chose if you want your google review requests to be sent rightaway or a day after.
Reviewnizer allows you to send unlimited automated review requests to your customers via SMS, encouraging happy customers to leave positive reviews and identifying unhappy customers before they leave negative feedback.
